– 1st floor flat. Accessed by stairs. 1 flight of stairs from the front door. There is no disabled access
– Close to West End and Princes Street
– Arrive from 3 pm, depart up to 10 am
– We try to accommodate requests for early check-in/late checkout (fees apply), and baggage drop-off (free), however, we can’t guarantee, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving on the same day
– This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are NOT allowed. Please respect the other residents

– Princes Street is within a short walking distance
– This is a safe area to walk around at night
– You are close to Princess Street (10/15 minute walk), near Edinburgh Castle, and then only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile
– Close by to the Lothian Road with its Odeon multi-screen cinema, multiple bars and restaurants
– A short walk to the Fountain Park with Tenpin bowling, Cineworld multi-screen cinema, adventure golf, trampoline park, Laser Station, Funstation, Casinos, Nuffield Health Gym, many restaurants, and pubs.
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city

Edinburgh is a perfect base to discover and enjoy other parts of Scotland.

We rarely take a security deposit but may do so at our discretion, however, guests are required to sign an electronic contract stating they are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay. We also require a copy of a government-issued ID such as a passport or driving licence to verify the guest. We comply fully with GDPR and store guests’ data securely.
