This is a beautiful stylish traditional apartment with a fresh and bright feel. You’ll love it.

– Arrivals from 3 pm Departures to 10 am
– All requests considered although no guarantees are given, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving the same day
– This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are NOT allowed. Please respect the other residents

– This is a safe area to walk around at night
– Literally off London Road with the retail park just a few hundred metres away
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city

Edinburgh is a perfect base to discover and enjoy other parts of Scotland. I will be available by phone, text and email 24/7.

Please note: We rarely take a security deposit but may do so at our discretion, however, guests are required to sign an electronic contract stating they are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay. We also require a copy of a government-issued ID such as a passport or driving licence to verify the guest. We comply fully with GDPR and store guests’ data securely.
