– Arrivals from 3 p.m. Departures to 10 a.m.
– All requests are considered although no guarantees are given, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving the same day
– This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are NOT allowed. Please respect the other residents

– You are close to Princess Street (15/20 minute walk), near Edinburgh Castle, and then only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile
– A short walk to the Fountain Park with Tenpin bowling, Cineworld multi-screen cinema, adventure golf, trampoline park, Laser Station, Funstation, Casinos, Nuffield Health Gym, many restaurants, and pubs.
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city

Edinburgh is a perfect base to discover and enjoy other parts of Scotland.

We rarely take a security deposit but may do at our discretion, however, guests are required to sign an electronic contract stating they are responsible for any damage to the apartment during their stay. We also require a copy of a government-issued ID such as a passport or driving licence to verify the guest. We comply fully with GDPR and store guests’ data securely.
