– We try to accommodate requests for early check-in/late checkout (fees apply), and baggage drop-off (free); however, we can’t guarantee it, especially if other guests are arriving/leaving on the same day
– This is a quiet residential area, and parties or loud music in the apartment are NOT allowed. Please respect the other residents.

– This is a safe area to walk around at night
– A Lidl is 300m away and is open 7 a.m. – 10 p.m.
– You are close to Nicolson Street, which leads to Princess Street (20/25 minute walk)
– A short bus journey to the East End of Princes Street
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city
