– This is a quiet residential area and parties or loud music in the apartment are NOT allowed. Please respect the other residents

– This is a safe area to walk around at night
– A Tesco Express is 200m away and is open 7 a.m. – 11 p.m.
– 10/15 minute walk to Ocean Terminal, with its VUE multi-screen cinema, multiple shops and restaurants, and The Royal Yacht Britannia.
– A short bus journey to the East End of Princes Street, near Edinburgh Castle, and then only 5 minutes from the famous Royal Mile.
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city
