– Close by to the Fountain Park leisure centre with its Imax Cineworld multi-screen cinema, multiple restaurants, bars, a trampoline park, and adventure crazy golf, and Tenpin bowling
– A short walk to the Usher Hall, many local restaurants, pubs, bistros, shops etc.
– Very near to all the main bus stops to get you around the city
