You can book directly by contacting us via email or phone, or you can book online.

The large OTAs (online Travel Agents) such as Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia, and so on charge anywhere from 15% to over 20%. It therefore makes sense to book directly for the best deals.

Our normal cancellation policy is 30 days or less, prior to arrival, there is no refund. If you wish to cancel less than 30 days before arrival, we will try our best to get a replacement reservation; however, we cannot guarantee we will be able to find another reservation that covers your dates and covers the nightly rates you have paid.

Aviemore
Our stunning 3 bedroom cottage allows pets. We ask that owners respect the property and do not allow their pets on the furniture.

Edinburgh
I’m sorry, but as a general rule, we do not allow pets in our apartments. We have on occasion allowed a dog to stay, however, this has been at the discretion of the apartment owners and we charged extra for cleaning and took a deposit in case of damage.
